Standby Request Form 

Please fill out this form to request a price quote for a standby event that is at least two weeks in the future. If your event is occurring sooner than two weeks, contact our dispatch center at (701) 364-1700.

Your dedicated standby is important to us and we will provide appropriate resources to adequately manage your event. To inquire about non-dedicated service at a public relations event, please contact Kristi at (701) 364-1759.

Expect to be contacted by scheduling personnel within two working days from submitting this form.  If you have any questions regarding standby request please call (701) 364-1700.

Tours

F-M Ambulance Service recognizes the benefits of showing the general public what emergency services is about.
